Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products through the Shop Mode Abidjan website. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Products
The items offered are available while stocks last. Each product is presented with a description and non-contractual photos.

3. Orders
Any order placed on the website or via WhatsApp is final upon validation. Shop Mode Abidjan reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons.

4. Price
Prices are listed in CFA francs, all taxes included. Shop Mode Abidjan reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the rate applied remains the same as at the time of ordering.

5. Payment
The customer can pay by Mobile Money (Orange, MTN, Moov) or Wave:

In Abidjan: payment on delivery possible.

Outside Abidjan: payment required before shipping.

Payment instructions are sent via WhatsApp after validation.

6. Delivery
Delivery available throughout Ivory Coast.
Delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area. Shop Mode Abidjan cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Returns and exchanges
Exchange possible within 48 hours of receipt, for any unworn, unwashed, unsold item in its original packaging.

No refunds except in the event of an error or defect.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Personal data
Personal data is used solely for order management. No information will be shared with third parties.
